☺ Location. It is 15 mins walk from Termini station and 7-8 mins to Colloseum, however to Vatican is around 1hour and 20 mins and around 1 hour to Trevi fountain or Spanish plazza.
The room was clean, and it was a daily cleaning service which I think it was not really a Must as the towels were not changed or the floor not swept.
Luggage storage, however the door was not locked.
☹ The room was very small for a family of 4. At a price of 450 euro per night it was really below expectations. The bed was not comfortable, as the matrimonial bed was with 2 matresses and you could felt the gap inbetween.

☺ An excellent stay for a family of four. Room was spacious and clean, the beds comfortable and the shower great. A bonus having a kitchenette (shared between 4 rooms). Great location. Would highly recommend!

☺ loved the place.Good area,resraurants and shops close by,5 min to Colosseum.Very comfy beds and pilliws(for our family always a very important criteria).Loved the little kitchen area and ourdoors area.Room was cleaned every day,which was nice.Always good communication with the host.

Lovely place in a great location
☺ It was exceptionally clean and in perfect location. Loved the shower as well - not a given in Rome! The owner goes above and beyond to make sure the guests have everything they need and volunteers information before you even have chance to ask.
☹ The pillows could be more comfortable but that's really a non-issue.

☺ Perfect location for sightseeing. Just 10 minutes walk from Colosseum. Neighbourhood was mostly quiet, with residential buildings around. Room was spacious and comfortable as well as bathroom. Everythihg was clean and nicely decorated. We liked outside space in the courtyard, to have a tea or coffee.

An excellent location, just a few minutes' walk to attractions, with spotless rooms and helpful.
☺ I booked the room to attend a concert at the Circo Massimo and was a few minutes walk from the room. The accommodation is in an excellent location, close to the Colosseum and all other attractions. Although my son and I only had one day at our disposal, we had quick access to the first major attractions from the room. With public transport, we could also quickly see the other attractions within walking distance. The room was spotless, and the hosts were accommodating with any questions we had.
